Home Condition Report

Simply it is a survey similar to the home buyer’s report with in a standard form written in plain English and much more detailed than a valuation report which is usually done on the property for mortgage purposes, our Home Inspectors (surveyors) usually need around two hours to inspect properties (for an average three bed rooms semi detached) , similar time is needed to write the report , collect other evidence and upload the paperwork.
