Lancashire Home Inspection

High proportion of the UK housing is over 70 year old with half have some sort of damp problems (50%) and soil or structural defects (35%) , the Home Condition Report as a standardized form of survey with a layout set by the government does not allow the Inspector to manoeuvre in to further detailed survey.The Building survey or as commonly known as “Full structural survey” comes in to fill the gap, our home inspectors and on extra fee (must be agreed by the client prior to the inspection) can spend extra time, preferably while they are in the property so they can prepare a separate report on the issues raised by the Home Condition Report.
