Who are we?


We are a group of independent Accredited Home Inspectors, Domestic Energy assessors and structural engineers located on the Fylde coast and North Lancashire.Our work involves carrying out inspections on properties and issuing Home Condition Reports and Energy Performance certificates.Our knowledge in how properties respond to strains, defect types and local soil behaviour combined with the experience in low rise dwellings construction allow us to make a comprehensive, objective and professional inspections whether is it to assess how energy efficient the property in terms of consuming or conserving the heating, lighting or how structurally the property is sound.
